It is important that you, as a potential buyer, understand this service. It is not a credit repair service wherein we work on your credit for you. It is made up of self help educational tools.

There are many companies on the Internet that will restore your credit for you for a fee but there are very few that provide quality education for those who want to save money and repair their own credit. We deeply believe that every consumer has a right to repair inaccurate, outdated or incomplete credit information, and unfortunately, this is often a very lengthy, confusing task. The misconception that the credit bureaus, creditors and collection agencies can help you, falls short. You are on your own if you want to take charge of your credit and maximize it to its highest. That is where we come in. With years in the field of credit and collections we parlay a credit experts' knowledge into a self help online ebook and educational tools for a one time fee that allows consumers to garner helpful information to fix their own credit or settle collection debts. Our site is managed and maintained by a small staff. The site was designed to educate consumers and give them access to additional information that otherwise may not be available to them. We do not offer a credit repair service but rather provide information and education. We are not a credit repair company and do not engage in "restoring credit". Our service is designed to aid you in fixing your own credit and learning about collection agency issues, creditor issues and credit repair by referring you to reputable resources. Since our site is managed by a small staff we cannot offer phone support. We do however offer email support to our visitors for any site issues. It is not to be used to ask credit repair questions. No. This service is an educational tool only. We do not operate as a credit repair company and do not engage in credit repair services. We only offer educational material relating to credit repair and debt negotiations along with offers to third parties that will provide such a service. We do not operate as a credit repair company because we do not engage in helping you. You are purchasing a digital product.

Do you guarantee fax and phone numbers for the CRA (back to top)
We have no control over how often the credit bureaus change their phone, fax and addresses. We cannot guarantee that the information they provide one month will be accurate the next. What we do guarantee is that we work diligently to find you accurate resources and help you save time by listing those resources. We recommend strongly to anyone using a credit bureau address or fax number that you confirm first that it is still current before you send any personal information at all.

Why can't I email you questions about credit repair (back to top)
Because we only provide education, we cannot engage in assisting you to repair your credit. We do however, offer a third party credit repair service and debt negotiation service that you can use if you desire. Since we are not a credit services company we cannot assist you in credit repair. We are a financial education company that has put together the best - most reputable services regarding credit and debt, in one central location.

Will you help me deal with collection agencies or creditors (back to top)
No. Again, our information is available to you to help you understand credit and collection issues but we will not engage in negotiating your debts or attempting to validate them with a collection agency. Part of our experts' ebook does supply you with sample collection letters and articles about collection issues but you are to take that information and use it as you see fit. We always recommend that everyone use caution and common sense when dealing with collection agencies. If you have the need to reduce your monthly debt we offer a link to a debt management partner who can help you. If you need help negotiating payoffs with a creditor or collection agency, we offer a service through a partner for that as well. We also recommend that you be fair when dealing with collection agencies concerning issues of validation of debt. If you owe a debt and you are sure of that then fairness is a good plan however if you have debts that are not validated and you feel are unfairly ruining your credit then you should use all laws available to you to rectify it.

We utilize a credit expert who has a vast education in collection agency issues, credit bureau issues and debt negotiation tactics. We also utilize some third party educators along with information from the Federal Trade Commission and consumer advocate groups. Since we subscribe to many credit issue publications, we often get immediate access to changes in the laws and new information for consumers. Our small staff spends a great deal of time researching credit issues, talking to experts and writing articles. We aggregate resources, products and services to offer them in one central place, our site. We are an Internet portal offering information and education. All articles and pages contained within this site are thought to be accurate at the time of creation however laws change so you need to be diligent in checking your own state laws. We will refund any valid issue on an order, however, since the service gives you instant access to the book, sample letters and education we do not generally offer a refund. This is why we tell you everything there is to know about what you may be purchasing before you purchase it. We disclose exactly what you are getting for the one time fee. Lifetime membership means as long as we offer the product and or remain in business online and you are responsible for keeping your username and password written down in a safe place. Membership will last a lifetime as long as you retain your username and password. If you do not, and the order is old, we cannot guarantee that we will find that order because all orders are processed outside of our site and we do not retain those records. We are only able to look up orders for 6-9 months and then they are no longer available. Please keep your username and password in a safe place or keep several copies. If you do not and we cannot locate an older order, then you will have to purchase again however we will gladly provide you with copies of username and password anytime for as long as it remains on file through our payment processors which currently are PayPal and Clickbank.

What exactly does lifetime membership mean? (back to top)
It means that you will have access to our member site for as long as you are able to hold on to your user name and password or for as long as we can locate an order record from you. As years pass, you are responsible for keeping your username and password written down because our card processor (clickbank) only allows us to search for completed orders for up to 6-9 months. If we cannot locate your prior order nor can you, then there is essentially no way to prove you joined after a year or so and you may need to join again. That is why we recommend that you hold onto your receipt after you have joined and write down your membership information in a safe place. We always try to honor all requests but if we are unable to locate an order, nor are you, you will have to pay again to gain access.
